Yes. I've noticed it going offline and/or slow a lot too.

I've seen this too, and the frequency is increasing. It is particularly frustrating when it happens when you click "submit"

Seeing as this didn't really occur when I was there, the server being healthy and all... I think it may be more related to the NFS/iSCSI backend datastore that hosts this VM's drives. If that storage has hiccups, it would cause the VM's I/O to go nuts with locking, also causing these spikes. But that also means someone needs to check with NTGR IT on ESX server performance metrics.

And its offline again. This doesn't look good guys!

Was just Load: 101.02, ouch!
