Ac1570 keeps saying my login is timing out

I keep trying to access my nightHawk app but it keeps saying that I'm timing out. Can anyone help me.

What actual router do you have? AC1750 is a speed

Does it work if you access it through the browser and not the app? 
If you're on mac/ios, make sure to disable icloud relay and private mac/ip address.
