Cannot log into app from android phone

Attempting to use the netgear app to log into.  I click on log into existing account, show white screen.  Tried clearing cache and data, then unistalling and rebooting.Then i redownloaded the app, still same issue.

Which app. Nighthawk?

The Genie App does not support RAX devices.
