I has worked before on my galaxy s 3 i am using a htc one limited edition with beats audio

1. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the NETGEAR Genie app?
2. Have you tried logging in using another device (another smartphone, tablet, computer)?
3. Are you getting an error message? If yes, what is the error message?
