I just downloaded the Genie app and am trying to set up parental controls. However, I can't even get logged in. I've put in the username of admin and password of password, as printed on the bottom of the router, but no luck.

1. What is the operating system of the device that you are trying to use?
2. Please try using another device (iOS, Android, another computer).
3. Please try uninstalling and re-installing the app.
4. What is the model number and firmware version of the device?

I did get the problem fixed. Closing things down and coming back in took care of the problem. Thanks!
