HELP !!! R8000 ready share cloud is not shows on netgear genie .
I update my router firmeware to 1.0.3.4_1.1.2 which is the lastest one, and trying to using ready share cloud on my macbook pro, i connected the usb hard drive on the back of the router with usb3.0, and when i click ready share on netgear genie ,the READY SHARE CLOUD option is just flushing a sec and then dispear, i have been trying the whole day, still can't figure it out, please help. thanks.
The ReadyShare and ReadyCLOUD are two separate features of the router. The NETGEAR Genie program only supports the ReadyShare function. If you are looking to use the ReadyCLOUD feature, you can access it through http://readycloud.netgear.com.
