NEtgear NightHawk App

Since the update from 2/23/23 when I re-downloaded my NightHawk app the only thing it shows is my CAX30 is connected locally. I can't check my internet speed, metered connections or what devices are at 2.4 or 5Gh. Is there someway to fix this?

Are you talking about Anywhere Access?

Which version of the Nighthawk App? iOS? Android?

Just another user with a set of boilerplate macros.

My network DM200 -> R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> Orbi RBR40 -> Orbi RBS50Y -> RBS40V

Re: Netgear NightHawk App

Version 2.24.0.44 on iOS says Anywhere Access. It just says connected locally and can’t use any features of the app. I honestly don’t recall it saying Anytine Access before. I used to just hit the app icon and all the features would show.

Re: NEtgear NightHawk App

What Firmware version is currently loaded?

If v2.x please use a wired PC and web browser to downgrade the modem to v1.4x FW
