Hi @rajtech,

1. Please try uninstalling and re-installing the app/program on your devices.

2. You can also try re-flashing the routers firmware then do a factory reset if the issue persists.

I had tried all this but to no avail. But when I tried it today, I could see remote access turned on in the Genie iOS app. Glad it works now. Much appreciated. Thanks Dexter
