The Nighthawk app keeps telling me that my wifi router is not supported.

What modem do you have?&nbsp;What firwmare is on your router?&nbsp;do you have the R6900 you put in your signature?&nbsp;Are you connected to its wifi when opening the app?&nbsp;

Yes router is R6900P and connected to the internet, tells me there is no internet connection and then Nighthawk app does not support this router!

Modem is a spectrum modem, no manufacturer name on it just property of Charter communications! Firmware is: V1.3.1.64_10.1.36. Yes everything else seems to be ok!

Sometimes spectrum installs modem/router combo devices.&nbsp;There should be some model number on the label for it.&nbsp;&nbsp;Also, you can use the browser to access/modify the router.&nbsp;&nbsp;
