Nighthawk MR60
Night hawk app says ‘router not found’ on iPhone.
It also shows that iPhone is ‘offline’.
I have unplugged router and replugged, reinstalled, deleted app and reinstalled several times, called support which it worked for a couple of minutes after that and now having the same problem again.
This happened shortly after I installed bitdefender.
I’m literally at my wits end.
The app works fine on my iPad
I’m not techy so this is quite frustrating.
It also shows that iPhone is ‘offline’.

If it works on one device but not on another, the first place to investigate is the device that doesn't work.
Have you tried to troubleshoot there?
First "forget" and recreate the wifi link from the iPhone to the router's wifi.
You have already tried the other obvious option, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Thank You! I had previously done all of that and nothing changed.
As I said above, it happened once I installed Bitfender, so in total frustration this morning, I deleted the bitdefender app and lo and behold, my problem was rectified.
