Hi @MPCCR5,
I believe you are trying to access the router UI via a browser.
1. Please check the IP of the router and try using the IP to access the UI.
2. Are you able to ping the router IP?
3. Is there another router in the network? If yes, is the NETGEAR router set to AP mode or router mode?
4. You can also try doing a factory reset then reconfigure the settings.
Regards,
Dexter

Re: Nighthawk R7000 not recognized
Hi @MPCCR5,
1. What is the model number and firmware version of your device?
2. What version of NETGEAR Genie do you have installed?
3. Have you tried using another device (iOS, Android, another computer)?
4. What is the error message that you are getting?
Regards,
Dexter

Re: Nighthawk R7000 not recognized
AC1900 ...can't tell you firmware...I can't access it. When I go to login it says I'm not connected to a netgear device. BUT I AM. I have uninstalled the Genie as I thought it might be the problem. But that wasn't it. I have internet access and am clearly connected to the netgear router and can see most of the items connected to the router. I am unable to see the Iomega HD that I have connected. I turned off the firewall temporarilty to see if I could access it but alas still not able to log into the device nor able to see iomega drive.
