MR80 Router constantly reboots

My Netgear MR80 router is constantly and randomly rebooting.  I currently have it setup in a Wireless AP mode behind my AT&T Internet router.  I have disabled the wireless settings on the AT&T router so that my MR80 and one MS80 satellite are the only devices proving home WIFI.  Sometimes the router will go a few hours before it reboots to a few minutes.  As of this post I have updated the firmware of both the MR80 and MS80 to version V1.1.6.10_3.1.97.  The logs provided on the Admin screen are of no use. I'm looking to see if I can get more advanced logging enabled so I can see what is going on.

Have you tried a simple factory reset/reinstall (not from a backup)?

sometimes old settings can cause issues.

Does it do the reboot cycle in router mode?

I probably should have said so, but I have done a factory reset - several times.  I'll try it again with the new firmware updated and see if that helps.  I'm hesitant to put it in router mode because I don't want it to mess up my current LAN.  I have a lot of devices using the 192.168.1.0/24 network and I don't want to create a new network using the default 10.0.0.0/24 with it in router mode.  My ISP router is fiber so I have to use it or I would let the MR80 be the default router.

If you've factory reset a few times,  probably isn't going to help.

You can set your ISP gateway to router mode and put whatever IP address you want for it. then simply put the netgears IP address into the ISP gateway's dmz.

Its just to test if its an issue of the AP mode or if router mode works fine

there was another firmware released if you want to try.

otherwise, to get a hold of support. Click on "MyNetgear" at the top.
Register an account (or login) and then the device.
From there you can start the support process. Keep in mind that its only free for the first 90 days.

I've updated the firmware and I have it back in router mode with IP Passthrough enabled.  How do I share the LAN IP (192.168.1.0/ 24) with the AT&T router?  When I try to change it on the Netgear it says it's in conflict.  Is there a way for both of these to be on the same network?  Thiis was the orginal reason why I needed it in AP Mode.
