EX7500 Nighthawk app

Hi,

Similar to https://community.netgear.com/t5/WiFi-Range-Extenders-Nighthawk/EX7500-App-Connectivity/td-p/1869122, I have an R7800 router and have bought an EX7500 to go with it.

However, frustratingly, when I click "extender view" in the nighthawk app the login just fails.

https://kb.netgear.com/000055505/Which-products-support-the-NETGEAR-Nighthawk-app doesn't show support for the EX7500, but does all the surrounding models.

The thread I linked seemed to imply customer-support said it was coming.

Please can someone advise when the EX7500 will be supported by the application?

Same setup, same issue. Would be nice if everything worked correctly, the EX7300 works, why not the EX7500?

I just purchased this wifi extender and as you, it won't connect to the Netgear Nighthawk App in the App store (iPhone 7).   It tells me my login credentials are wrong.

I'm fine connecting with my Windows 10 laptop.    Just wondering if you ever got a resolution to this.     I've written to Netgear and no mechanicsm for me to upload a picture of my login challenges
