WN3000RP : ERR_Connection_Refused after factory reset and language is valided
Hi, my old WN3000RP returns an ERR_connection_refused error after a factory reset and the default language is valided on the 192.168.1.250/IA_welcome.htm page.
It is possible to ping the extended. But in Chrome, Firefox or Edge, the connection to mywifiext .net .local .com fails : ERR_connection_refused.
I tried to logon with ethernet cable, tried to disabled the automatical switch to https with firefox but still the connection is refused.
Is there any workaround or is the extended too old and as good as dead ?
Has anyone met the problem ?

Re: WN3000RP : ERR_Connection_Refused after factory reset and language is valided
Had exactly this problem. Just solved it by using an old Samsung Galaxy A5 Android phone to logon to the Extender after doing a hard reset per the instructions. There's always a reason to keep some old kit lying around the house.....Yay!
