#### - QoS says applying changes constantly

Even tried resetting the firmware but still keeps saying applying changes and have cleared brower cache

Also iv noticed since upgrading too 104 i cant get an open nat on ps4 always moderate iv tried port forwarding, upnp , too with no change.
Am running a static ip address to ps4
