XR500 on 3.0 Beta with Virgin media

Hi,

I posted a while back about virgin media and the XR500, trying new things as the advised setup via DMZ on the virgin hub was causing issues.

I have put the VM hub 3 into modem only mode and hooked up my XR500 as a router, I also setup a broadband monitoring graph and showing on the graph is packet loss every couple of lines. Which I do not get when setting up via the DMZ method, Could I ask what is causing this packet loss in the graph shown?

I can't see your picture as it needs to be moderated, could you link it from imgur or attach it directly? What were the issues when using DMZ? I find modem mode is a bit flaky which is why I don't suggest it so that's likely the reason.

If you connect the PC used to do that test direct to the VM while still in modem mode and disconnect the XR do you get the same results?
