still no news on a a full release are at least a new beta build update for the router? i havent been on here for months but what is goin on with the update not being released yet? are any new updates.

Now I thought Netgear had your latest SW for DumaOS 3.0 and we were waiting for it to pass their SQA? This latest spreadsheet looks like it's still in SQA for NetDuma? Does that mean that it's come BACK from Netgear and you're doing your own final SQA before release or...
@XR700-Owner yep so that happened, bugs were found which we're now fixing and sending our changes across for a new build to be made and for next testing to commence. The updates may show it going back and forth, that's normal.
The next version will be a lot more in line with all the other platforms and what they provide, subject to NG agreeing on features but it won't have the Rapp store - no platforms do currently.
For example we brought Adblocker to the XR1000 with a new firmware, not using the Rapp store. There are some new features coming, we've posted a little about it on our YouTube channel.
Something I've only just come across. We have ISP's that offer >1Gbps and the xr700 has an sfp+ port capable of 10Gbps. When we go into QoS and set our own speed, why is it limited to 1000Mbps? We should be able to set this up to 10,000Mbps considering that's the max rate of the sfp+ port.
As above basically, LAN ports are gig, the WiFi wouldn't go that high either. The idea behind the SFP port I believe was more for your local network hence why it's the only platform to have Plex integration
Well that's not true I've had speed tests from the router going as high as 1.2Gbps. If the router "chip" can only go 1Gbps, why give this unit a 10Gbps sfp+ port? Also if I can get downloads from the router's speed test >1Gbps I should be able to manually set these speeds as well since when I set it to automatically determine the speed it goes over 1Gb itself.
I can check that. I have 10g connection from my isp. But 2x xr700 laying in box and wait for Duma 3.2. Meanwhile i swapped to 10g mikrotik router with sfp+ cages
The router speed test does it from the router to the server so it can show higher but no devices will get that high or be able to use that extra bandwidth so no need to input the speeds higher. We can absolutely change the limit but it wouldn't really make much difference. As written in the manual, it is a 10G LAN SFP+ port so can be used for LAN or WAN, there is no option for it as a LAN port you just use it as one like the others.
