Nighthawk iOS app wont’ work with Orbi AP
Hi all,
I recently added Orbi Access Points to my XR500 network and now when I try and use my nighthawk app. Keeps saying Router Not Supported - seems it must be trying the Orbi not my XR500.
Any idea how I can fix this. Thought there would have been an IP option on the app so i could select my router.

- jblack68ApprenticeHad a look at that but don’t think it will resolve this issue. I think it’s because there’s 2 Netgear products on my network and the app is confused.
- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerHave you disabled the XR500 wifi? If you connect to the XR500 directly using the app does it work then?
