Updated the firmware on what Netgear device? And from what firmware version to what version?
And where do you see the message buried in your subject?
- What to do if message is displayed after update, please give a solution
- FarinesAspirant
reset toujours message error
- I believe I was on 5084 and I updated to the most recent on the xr1000. I've been having issues for over a year now and I thought updating would help, now DumaOS doesn't even load and after 5 minutes of a red screen with a spinning white circle that error message pops up.

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.
You might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. That's probably here:
Nighthawk Pro Gaming Routers - NETGEAR Communities
Gaming routers have their own DumaOS operating system that is nothing like the one on Netgear's standard routers.
I will ask the Netgear moderator to move your message. That's why it always helps to provide as much detail as possible when seeking help.

- Netduma-FraserNetDuma PartnerDid you clear your browser cache/cookies as above?
- Wayned20AspirantI just redownloaded the firmware I was on before the update cause clearly the firmware update was the problem and no I didn't I don't really plan on update to that firmware and try 50 million thing for it to work when I was fine on the past firmware
