XR1000 ETHERNET PORTS STOP WORKING
I want to know what to do because suddenly the ethernet cable is not working, before any suggestion already i connected other router to my modem and this works perfectly but the xr1000 doesn’t work i did the master reset and when i trry to set it up pop up a message ( nothing connected to the ethernet port) something like that… what i do?

- Have you tried different ethernet cables/ports on the router?
- I explained I switch it with other router and is working perfectly… the xr1000 stop working and the asus router works good
- If you could try with other cables and ports it's good to fully rule out whether one of those could be the cause. Can you connect to the interface via any of the LAN ports for example.
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6 is recommended.

I connect a new router and is working perfectly…. What happened with the xr1000 i dont know?
