hi 

ive read a few posts about speeds also changed few settings qos etc.

even with the help of nz isp cant reach speeds over 80mps on 1gb plan

please help!!!!

What QoS settings are you using currently? Are you doing wired speed tests? Please take a screenshot of the Device Manager table view.

Yes wired laptop speed test.
Have switched qos and anti buff off. Both were on 1000mb and sliders to 100% still no change in speed tests. Will load photo when home

Thanks for that. Are ALL devices connected to the XR? If they're not then they will pull bandwidth away from the router.

Yes they are 3 cell phones. 1x ps4 1x smart TV. 1x comp. Have done the test with only me at home. 1x cell phone. Tv and ps4 off

After reading all the threads I think these just have issues. Might just take it back and get tp link

If you disable QoS fully from the Anti-Bufferbloat 3 line option menu do you get better speeds?

No I've played round with those options lots, on/off and sliders.

With QoS completely off it usually indicates an issue elsewhere, could you connect your PC to your ISP router, do you get full speeds then? If you do can you swap the cable you're using to connect the PC to the XR and the cable connecting the XR to the ISP router and see if new cables help please.

Using brand new cat 7 cables. All the same configuration ,speeds on isp router 850mps swap over router with same cables and speed drops to 80mps

I can't think of anything it would be so would suggest getting a replacement if you can http://support.netgear.com/
