Nighthawk C7500 stopped broadcasting 2.4G
A few days ago I've noticed that some of my devices running on 2.4G Wifi got disconnected. I routerlogin.net to my router and can't find 2.4G setup anymore. I did factyory reset, which didn't helped. Now, I can't even change SSID name, nor my passphrase. Web UI simply doesn't do anything and does not responding when I click "Apply". Also it prompts me for user name and password every time I click on any link within Routerlogin.net UI. The firmware version is V1.01.32. Is anyone else experienced this?

Re: Nighthawk C7500 stopped broadcasting 2.4G
So disconnect the ISP Coax cable and the power adapter from the modem for 1 minute.
Reconnect the power adapter to the modem only.
Power ON the modem and let it come to ready.
Press the reset button for 10 seconds then release.
Connect 1 wired PC to the modem.
Walk thru the modems setup wizard.
After completing the wizard, check the Basic tab/Wireless settings page. Does 2.4Ghz appear here or seem accessible or indicate any problems?

Yes. I know. The statement was in reference to only connecting the power to the modem only and don't connect the ISP coax line.
