RAX200 as access point: connect another router using 2.5Gbe ?

Hello,

I'm considering to buy a RAX200.

I'm trying to understand its capabilities.

Would like to know whether when configured as access point, the 2.5Gbps port can be used to connect it to the router.

On the RAX200 user guide, it's not clear whether this setting works.

On one hand, the user guide states (page 78) that when used as access point, the Internet port should be used. So it's a 1Gbps port.

On other hand, the user guide (page 27) states that the WAN port can be configured to use the Multi-Gig Port 2.5Gbps port.

What is not clear, is the previous setting available when configured as an access point and will it actually work ?

I prefer to have confirmation before buy this router considering it's price.

I have tried it in access point mode and used the 2.5g port. 

At the time, I didn't have any 2.5g devices so it was only running at 1gig speeds but I'd imagine it run at full speed.
