RAX40 is connected to internet but will not connect WIFI devices to internet?
RAX40 is connected to internet but will not connect any WIFI devices linked to it, to internet? All the devices show "connected but without internet"? Also the "lock" light botton is on? How do I turn this off as it might be the cause of my issue? The router was working perfectly and this all happened when I unplugged it and plugged it back in? Is there a way to factory reset the router?
I also tried logining into the router using the Netgear App and can enter my login and password, but, it's telling me the answers to the secuity questions are wrong? How do I reset this?

Firmware version? Connected to what?
> [...] is connected to internet [...]
You determined this how, exactly? As usual, showing actual actions
(commands) with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators,
...) can be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.

What is this 'the "lock" light botton'? What does Netgear call it?
Visit http://netgear.com/support , put in your model number, and look
for Documentation. Get the User Manual (at least). Read. Look for the
LED descriptions and "Troubleshoot". Further reading might not hurt,
either.

In general, the folowing obscure technique is often effective:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/RTFM
In the User Manual, look for "Factory Settings".
> [...] it's telling me the answers to the secuity questions are wrong?
There were bugs in the password recovery parts of many Netgear
firmware releases.
> How do I reset this?
The usual settings-reset procedure should deal with the "admin"
password, too.
