Firmware doesnt update and fails

AX1800 MK63 - accidently updated the router before satelite, then rolled back to previous version and the router works.  Trying to update the satelites with MS60-V1.0.6.102_2.0.45.chk and they fail everytime, please advise.  Also why dont these update automatically?  We shouldnt have to do a manual update.  The router login will say "Update Available" and then nothing else unless you go to the site.  This is really not a good method.

Are you attempting to update the firmware through the Nighthawk app or the web interface?

Web.  The app hardly ever connects.  The Web is a bad interface.
