MK83 issue after 2 days of out of the box
Hi, I purchased a brand new MK83 from Amazon. I am a long term Netgear client form like 10 years or so.
I wanted to renew my old Orbi for a 3 level concreet house.
I set it up and for 2 days it gave me almost all of the ISP speed over wifi, the most far and hidden places of the house I could get at least 200.
But on the 3rd day my family called me to tell me that there were not having any internet conection. I checked the app and saw that only the router was over the layout with like 11 devices or so. It picked upt my attention that the wired conection that I have is only for the NAS and the app was saying that there was an apple wired device but in real life there is not, also all of the 3 units leds were blue like normal.
I resync all the devices several times but nothing was different, even with all 3 led indicators in blue, I hard reset one of the satelites and nothing afer tryung to conected with the app and after the white led cycle the led turned red.
I ended up re activating the old Orbis and all was fine with the internet and all.
I contacted Netgear support to see if there can offer me a solution for this.

Let's start with the usual boilerplate questions.
What firmware version do you have on the device?
A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.
It might also help if you told people what the modem is in front of this router, if there is one. The make and model number could be useful. Is it, by any chance, also a router, with a set of LAN ports on the back?
The reason for asking is that a lot of people turn up here trying to put a router behind a modem that is also a router. That can complicate troubleshooting.

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between MR and MS🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
What channels are you using? Auto? Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.
Any Wifi Neighbors near by? If so, how many?

Thanks for fast reply
Of couse the system autoupdate firmware on the 10th for the 1.1.7.14 firmware on all of the units.
I am conecting the router to a bidged router from my ISP, the brand is Arris I do not have the model number here, is a coaxial modem router but again I have it on birdge mode.
I hope that helps, thanks

Something to try, put the Arris modem back to router mode and use the modems DMZ for the IP address it gives to the MR.
Disable ALL wifi radios on the Arris modem.
