MR60 Mesh

After multiple factory resets, MR60 base unit will not produce a network to connect to. Supposed to create NETGEAR43 network but not creating anything to connect. Light blinks white continuously. Is the unit shot?

After the reset is performed, power OFF the MR for 1 full minute then back On? Does default Wifi appear after the MR starts at all on any wifi device? Be sure your looking for the right SSID name.

Can you use a wired PC and web browser to connect to the MR and set it up from there? 

What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
