MS80 Satellite Solid White Light
We have a the Nighthawk Wi-Fi 6 Mesh Network (MR80 and MS80 Satellites), and one of the MS80 Satellites is not responding in any way. The other satellite and router are operating fine, but the one satellite has a solid white light and is not being recognized by the router. The firmware not properly functioning satellite is V1.1.7.14. (I believe this is up to date).
I have tried resetting the satellite that isn't working (using pinhole), and have held the sync button down in the back to try to re-sync the satellite. It continues to display the solid white light. Do I need to do a full factory reset?
Thoughts?

Re: MS80 Satellite Solid White Light
FW same version on MR and other MS?
Try a reset on the one MS what's not working while it's near the MR, same room. Turn OFF the working MS for now.
If that fails, You may need to factory reset both MS and MR and walk thru the setup wizard on the MR. Follow this .PDF file process if you reset the setup and setup from scratch:
