trying to replace old nighthawk router that has several internet plugs to nighthawk mesh wifi & router mr60 but it only has one internet plug. Need to plug in direct tv and computer. do i get a splitter for plug?

Not a splitter. A switch.
A simple 5-8 port gigabit switch can be purchased pretty cheaply.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
