Attached usb not read correctly through ReadyCLOUD

I have attached an external, powered Seagate 3Tb USB drive to my R6700 Nighthawk Router. I have 2 partitions, NTFS 2Tb and HFS+ 2.5Tb for my MAC. ReadyShare reads the drive info correctly. However, when using ReadyCLOUD the shows 2 drives both with 4.5TB available each for a total of 9 TB. ReadyCLOUD will not show the contents and simply shows my drives as USB0 and USB1 and will not show any files in either.

Problems:

Incorrect size reporting

Incorrect Name reporting

Not showing files

Is this normal?

Re: Attached usb not read correctly through ReadyCLOUD

Hi JamesGL - This did not resolve my issue. I am able to see my external drive. I am also able to see that there are two partitions (shows up as USB0 and USB1) each with 4.5 Tb for a total of 9Tb. The drive is a 5Tb and partitioned 2.5Tb HFS+ (for MAC Time Machine) and a NTSF 2.0Tb partition.

I went through the steps and unregistered the device, delete the account and open a new account. It appeared exactly the same.

Thank you for responding!!

Can you perform a factory reset on the device.
