I have the R6400v2 the wireless connection works normally, but the LAN connections won't connect
Wifi works normally but the LAN Ethernet connection won't connect to the internet. It also does not show as a connected device on my "Attached Devices" page.

Also, I'm trying to connect the Ethernet to my Xbox One. I don't have a pc or anything I can connect to troubleshoot. The Ethernet cable is brand new, bought today.

1. Firmware on the router?
2. What modem are you using?
3. If you direct wire ethe xbox to the modem, does it work?
