Nighthawk X4S R7800 Issue - Cannot manage QOS

I'm having an issue where after i've enabled Qos in the router management i am unable to set the priorities for each device on the network. When go into device management it asks me to log into the router admin again. When I input the correct login information it says that it's incorrect and I am unable to change the device priorities. 

I've reset my router twice and set a manual admin password each time. I've checked my login information many times and the issue still persists. 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

What firmware version do you have on the device?

A number is more useful than "the latest". (It may not be by the time people read this.) There can also be newer versions, or "hot fixes", that do not show up if you check for new firmware in the browser interface.

My network DM200 -> R7800 -> GS316 -> PL1000 -> Orbi RBR40 -> Orbi RBS50Y -> RBS40V

That's why I stated " latest .62 firmware" - full transaltion means "Router Firmware Version V1.0.2.62"

 

Now waiting for the wonder to solve the issue ... :-)
