Just want to report that the latest firmware 1.0.11.100 for R7000 makes the download speed of my PlayStation 4 limited under 200Mbps (while I am using a 1000Mbps broadband)
Tried different settings on both PlayStation 4 and R7000 but still not getting download speed to exceed 200Mbps.
Finally downgraded the forward to .42 and the PlayStation 4 speed goes back up to 600Mbps +
Hey there can you kindly tell me the settings and the exact version you have? Cuz i downgraded to .42 and it still gives me 60 mbps while i have a gigablast from cox. Ive been only getting 60mbps on ps4 wured while i always get at least 900mbps on my pc. Thank you.
same with me I get 650mbps on WiFi, 900mbps through ethernet on PC, and the funny part is when I reboot my router it gives me around 400mbps download on PS4, but when 20 minutes go by it starts running at 60mbps. This inlcludes me downloading games at only 60mbps on 1gig internet on the PS4. And no it is not the QoS or anything like that because I checked and I know how to operate the router. So to my conclusion it is either the PS4 bottlenecks my speed for no reason and its old and just wait to buy the new PS5. or the routers firmware is buggy and limits PS4 download speed?
