R7800 How to read traffic meter data?

How do I read the traffic meter data...it looks confusing...I need to stay under 1TB of data per month to not bust my cable company data cap.  Attaching my current data log...is this indicative that I will stay under 1TB per month?  I just started the traffic meter option like a week or so ago if that makes a difference.

You can just look up a website that will convert Mbytes to GB and 1000 GB = 1TB
