R7800 cant connect to the internet

So for the past few days Ive been having an issue with my R7800. At first, the wifi signals from the 2.4Ghz and the 5.0Ghz would not even show up. I did some fiddling around and rebooted it and reset it an uncanny number of times and tried and looked up absolutely everything. Im not sure what firmware im on or how to check. But eventually the 2.4Ghz and 5.0Ghz came back on, the only issue is i get no internet connection. I dont even get wired connection from my router. I've seen what I think is this issue throught the forums but only on other routers and they are all several years old. If anybody has some insight on the issue it would be much appreciated.

Have you tried to connect to the router using the Ip address? 192.168.1.1 is typically the default one.

For basic information, visit http://netgear.com/support , put in
your model number, and look for Documentation.  Get the User Manual.
Read.  If you can't talk to the router, then it can't tell you its
firmware version.

Some basic information from you might help, too.  What do the LED
indicators on the R7800 indicate?

What, exactly, does that mean?  It's not a useful problem
description.  It does not say what you did.  It does not say what
happened when you did it.  As usual, showing actual actions (commands,
...) with their actual results (error messages, LED indicators, ...) can
be more helpful than vague descriptions or interpretations.
