R7900 -- UPnP not working with V184.108.40.206_10.0.42
Not sure whether this is related to the specific firmware version stated in the subject line, but it appears that UPnP has stopped functioning for my router (even after restoring the router to its factory settings and reconfiguring). Nothing ever appears in the UPnP portmap table, even when devices are on the network which are configured to use UPnP, namely my Xbox console and my desktop BitTorrent client, Transmission 2.94.
The Xbox One X seems to perform fine (open NAT) with multiplayer games (albeit with some recently appearing warnings about the console being unable to get a Teredo address), but Transmission definitely fails to open a port for incoming connections via UPnP. And, neither of the devices ever appear in the UPnP portmap table on the router.
I do have DHCP turned off on the router, delegating that responsibility (and DNS) to another machine I have on the network. But, if I understand the UPnP protocol correctly (and the protocol has been implemented correctly by Netgear), that shouldn't make any difference.
Anyhoo, I'm stumped. I could always resort to port forwarding, I suppose, but I get dozens of probes every day on any port I leave open with forwarding. And, port triggering has been a complete nonstarter for the Xbox and Transmission.
UPnP should just work, no?

I just wiresharked the SSDP communication between my UPnP-enabled devices and the router, and, apart from the initial M-SEARCH handshake between the devices and the router, there is no further communication.
