R9000 BTTV IGMP Configurarion

Question

I have an R9000 and connect it straight to the openreach modem on the wall. I have FTTP from BT and I have BTTV. in my WAN settings I do have “ support british telecom (bt) igmp proxying.” And all my IPTV channels work, but the next day or two I get IPC6023 error, and I have to Untick the setting and apply and then retick apply and it works again.

Is there anyway for it to work constantly, rather than having to log into the router and reset the setting every other day?? It’s a work around but an annoying one.

What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

V1.0.5.38Yes. Done a reset on it and started from scratch when it wasn’t working at first.

First time. Only just got BT FTTP and BTTV this week. Works fine using my own router except for this snaggle. Was on Virgin previously.
