Registered Devices in Netgear Account so I can use Genie to contact them
i have several netgear routers (5) at several remote locations and one of them was a refurb from Netgear ( R4500 router ). Since its a refurb Netgear will not allow me to add it to my device list so therefore I cannot remotely connect to that device via the Genie app on android or n my pc's.
I sent an email to Netgear support and they guy that answered basically said nothing that addressed this issue but rather told me i should only buy new devices. Mabe I should dump my 4 Readynas boxes and seek another NAS supplier and do the same thing for my routers. ( R6700v2 & R6400 and more.)

You need to get one of the Netgear moderators to intervene.
