Slow lan speed R800p

I have had some slow lan speed to my 4 PS4's that are connected I'am averaging around 150mbps on my PS4's. I use virgin media and I pay for 500mbps, I have used the virgin router and the download speeds were awesome on the super hub 3 but the ping was high. I bought the x6s to reduce ping although it has reduced the ping I am appalled by the download speeds. My games take so long to download. I have tried everything resetting the router, factory settings, changing the mtu and turning off the qos but nothing has worked I'am fed up and need some urgent help!

Do you only see these speeds on the PS4? have you tested on other devices?

I have tested on other devices and on my laptop I get 90mbps can not tell you the specs not really into technology, I really hate this router I contacted support and stayed on the phone for two hours and no the issue has not been resolved. I really do need help

I also have the same issue,  I do not have a modem the router in connected to the wall.  Should get 500 only get 250.
