I have now sent three tickets regarding my request for a warranty replacement, every time I get the same crappy copy-paste reply and ticket closed! You expect people to pay for support when all I need is to replace my router, I am not calling 0844 numbers from my mobile and I am not a business. It is extremely poor service asking for all this to do a simple task every other company is capable of doing in a couple of minutes.
People buy your expensive routers and expect them to last- not 7 months and warranty is there to rectify these problems not make it difficult to even start the process. I will be contacting the CEO regarding this so frustrating!
