r700 will not get any dns servers

My problem is the r700 will not get any dns servers from my isp so I get no Web connection. This has happened every time it has to he rebooted. I usually get it going by calling twc and having them send a signal to the r7000 or manually putting in dns numbers, But this time no go. I can switch to my old linksys e2000 and it gets dns and I have web. Is my r7000 dead now or is there anything I can try.

this appears to be a bug with many different NETGEAR servers. Try the following:

1) from the INTERNET screen press the TEST button

now see if it works, if not,

2) select USE THESE DNS SERVERS
8.8.8.8 primary
8,8,4,4 secondary

let me know if either of these work
