Hey everybody, I need a little help with my RAX10 and the NIGHTHAWK app
I'm only able to sign in via webpage,
but troubleshooting for admin recover through the app is very difficult.
I'm trying everything I know starting with step one and I need some assistance

If possible for the nighthawk app, try clearing its app data (useful in ensuring that it is not trying to use any older saved password that may be incorrect).
Then ensure that you are on the same WiFi network as the RAX10 (especially in cases if it is connected behind another router).
The local setup should allow you to then use the admin password that you set for the router.
PS while more rare edge cases, the app setup has areas where it will run into issues due to how it scans the network for compatible routers. In the case of very unrecommended setup of 1 netgear router (in router mode) behind another netgear router (that is also in router mode), the app will behave strangely.
Wanted to also add that while their web UI will have a banner recommending their nighthawk app, the app is really only good for the most basic stuff.
