Our 2 year old AX2700 DOCSIS 3.1 is on a Xfinity in house network and it is now identified by Xfinity as incompatible with their network. It's super slow providing less that 1/4 of the expected download speed. We've updated the firmware, unplugged everything and re-booted several time. No help. Anyone have good performance with the AX2700 DOCSIS 3.1 on Xfinity?
We've had Xfinity out and the tech said they no longer support this model and the appropriate speed is being delivered to the Netgear. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
