What are the solutions to fix this?
Start off with additional information.
Are you using a real computer or a mobile device? What operating system?
Are you connected to the router via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi?
Are you using an application or a web browser? Which version?
If a web browser, what address are your using?

Re: Netgear 6700AX AX1800 stuck at "Please wait a moment"
You can help people to help you by providing the information suggested in this forum's header:
Subject (Include model number and brief summary)
Model (Recommended - Helps the community give the best answers)
Body (Include additional detail including model version, firmware, OS and environment where relevant.)
They are there for a good reason.
The "environment" bit could include details of how you get on to the Internet, the modem/gateway/ONT between the router and the outside world..

And "the modem/gateway/ONT between the router and the outside world" is?
Did this just start happening? Or is it a new installation?

First question, I don't understand what answer you're looking for.

You connect your AX6700 with an Ethernet cable to some type of device to obtain an internet connection. Usually that device is a modem or a gateway (combination modem/router) or an ONT (optical network terminal). What device, brand name and model number, are you connecting your AX6700 to? You could also be in a apartment where all you have is an Ethernet receptacle in the wall.
Sometimes the web browsers (all of them) get confused or they confuse the router. It is helpful to clear the cache on the web browser. Each browser is different but it is an option in the settings.
Another course of action is to power down your router, pull the power cord, wait a few minutes and then power it up and give it plenty of time to boot and stabilize.

Is Calix the ONT manufacturer or the internet service provider? It would be very helpful to know the model number of the ONT. Could you look at a label on the device?
