Nighthawk 4-Stream AX1800 WiFi 6 Router (RAX10) & mesh network
I have a 4000sq house, three stories that is wired with cat5 to most rooms. It currently has multiple routers that one needs to log into depending on the room they are in. So, the newest router is a Nighthawk RAX10 and I would like to make movement around the house seamless and fast.
1: Does this require mesh-network?
2: Can I use my current Nighthawk as hub and just get mesh extenders? And if so which is the most comparable product that would give me the best range?
Appreciate any advice.

Re: Nighthawk 4-Stream AX1800 WiFi 6 Router (RAX10) & mesh network
No. The extenders won't "mesh" when hardwired in. they'll act as access points.
If it was me? I'd sell the RAX10 as its a base model AX router and pickup something like the MK63. Its a dual band system but if you're hardwiring it in, it'll work as good as a triband system. Or even the Orbi RBK763. both systems can usually be picked up pretty cheap renewed/refurbed on amazon and will be a true mesh system and not something cobbled together.
