Hello, my husband and I just installed the nighthawk ax-12. When I go to certain websites, especially via Google links, I am prompted to login to the nighthawk. The page says: Router password reset. Access to this resource is denied. Your client has not supplied the correct authentication.
I am also unable to stream programs on my tv such as Netflix and YouTube. The Netflix will fully load but when I select a program, it says error unable to play selection. This was not happening prior to installing the nighthawk. Does anyone have any insight on what could be causing this?
