No internet on device but internet on router

So I have set up my AX 3600 and all the lights are lit up showing that there is internet but my phone says there isn’t what do I do

What model router do you have? RAX###? 

What brand of phone do you have? Apple or Android?

Do other devices work when connected to the router?

Be sure to disable any MAC Address randomizers on phones and pads while at home:

Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
