RAX20 / AX1800 Viewing video from security cameras

RAX20 / AX1800 Viewing video from security cameras
I have a ReoLink camera I use for security at home. I have set up the port on the camera and port forwarded it in the router. When I try to access it with the IP and Port, I can login to the camera (I see the frame, the settings, camera name etc) but in the video area, the wait icon just spins never ending. Is there some setting in the router I may have missed? The cameras work fine viewing on the phone app, just not in a remote browser.

First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the backlog in the system. Do you still the issue? Have you tried connecting to a different remote area or remote pc on a different location? It's possible that the upload speed of the remote network is too slow. Please do a speed test.
