RAX50 unable to connect to USB drive
Drive is a 20TB Seagate external harddrive and is working properly when connected to desktop; it is formatted as NTFS with a single partition. I'm on the most recent firmware of my RAX50v2 (V1.1.4.28_2.1.26) and am not sure what to do next for troubleshooting. Windows 10, if that makes a difference. The router won't even recognize there's anything plugged into the USB port.

So far, the biggest USB drive that I have seem connected to ReadySHARE is 8TB.
You may have broken the limit.

That is incomplete and out of date, but it may give a few clues.
