i have the Nighthawk RAX35. Trying to login the router
Im under my personal wifi router in my house. When I enter my admin and password on routerlogin it doesnt let me in. BUt when I use the main modem login it takes me in. Im confused since I thought you login to the Wifi you're connected to. Any fixes?

What modem are you connected to?
If you've got more than 1 router running on the network the routerlogin can have issues and you'd need the ip address.

you didn't give a model. but it sounds like you're in a double nat
https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
2 options:
1. place the isp supplied device in modem only mode
2. place the netgear in AP (access point) mode.

Basic Netgear módem by service provider. It’s like my nighthawk router merges with the modem since I’m connected to the routers WiFi but only able to login the modems router.
There is no such model number as "Basic Netgear".
See the question from @plemans and tell us if it is a CMXXXX or CXXXX or something cooked up for your ISP?
Does it also do wifi and have extra LAN ports on the back?
